   "YOU REAP AS YOU SOW " is the perfect phrase which every individual must have heard in their lifetime to describe "KARMA ". It is the unbreakable law of cosmos where every individual is responsible for his/her actions impacting failure and success. Even the Supreme "BRAHMAN" faces the Karma. There is nothing in the World for him to do nor is there anything that he has to attain.....yet he engages himself in action with no desire for the fruits as an example for the Men that if they truly aspire to attain union with him should follow the same path. Change is ceaseless and happening every second of our life. Whether we like it or not....old cycles give way to New. Karma is your bond to the past....a universal law that cannot be broken.....It teaches you and makes your knowledge of the world more complete.

Karma is deeply linked to the " LAW OF REINCARNATION " which is the successive embodiments in physical form. Reincarnation gives one chance to set the past mistakes right or learn lessons of the past life which were unfinished...eg....if you were cruel...impatient in your previous birth then you will have to learn lesson in compassion , kindness , patience and so on. When you feel different emotions at different time then that's the experience in life from different perspectives that want you to learn and grow. A Karmic experience allows you to reflect and correct your mistakes..... Until you learn...you will continue to experience the same experience.

Every choice you make in life has consequences....some are good and some are bad. When you deliberately hurt someone than that means your intentions were bad and you create "BAD KARMA". One can hide intentions from others but not from Inner Self ....Universe or God. Karma is like Universe is complex beyond human understanding. No one can escape their Karmas...You can be weak or powerful today but destiny can be reversed at any moment and your life can change in an instant. Many a times when we face unpleasant situations then we tend to blame the bad karma of previous life....This thinking is not correct as no one is ever held back in their present life time because of something done in the previous lifetime rather it is the carrying of the negative behavior from the past life that generates the unpleasant Karma in the present life .Usually when a person spends an entire lifetime experiencing a particular aspect then it's because he failed to learn that particular Karmic lesson in pervious life. Avoidance and deprivation don't bring any results but can come back to you manifold unless the lesson is learnt.

The key to free Oneself from bad Karma is to freeing yourself from negative and unpleasant negative Karmic waves. Take your Karma as blessing in disguise which can change by having learnt the lesson in compassion , love , forgiveness and so on. Accepting ,enduring ,facing and resolving hardships are the most effective ways to quicken your Spiritual development. Learn to be content and indifferent to success and failure....pleasure and pain...learn to be emotionally detached from your actions. It's not what happens to you that matters as much as how you handle what happens.

Ultimately , regardless of present conditions...learn to move ahead. Although you may not fully see the great plan of life nevertheless you are part of the plan....let hope live in your heart....tough times may come but will also pass and your true destiny will come shining through.
